A Contemplative’s Guide to the Holidays

 

How do contemplatives survive the frenetic activity of the holidays? Of course I don’t speak for all contemplatives. I’m not even sure others would identify me as one, but in this TED Talk, Robert Thurman, building on Karen Armstong’s Charter of Compassion presents seven easy steps to becoming compassionate and I believe making the holidays blossom into true new life and light for our dreary winter world.
